  I had a packege to be held at this store for pickup. I received text confirmations with updates about the shipping including the delivery time and store information, like address, phone number and HOURS OF OPERATION. The information I have is that store closes at 6:30pm which would give me plenty of time for pickup (is also listed on the store website). I arrived there at 5:40pm. Door was locked, but lights were on. I call the number UPS gave me, and the lady was extremely rude stating that her store didn't have anything to do with the UPS (how exactly?) and her store closes at 5:30pm, hung up on my face. Then, I wen to the UPS customer service center at Harvest lane in Williston where I use to go all the time and know they are supposed to close at 7pm. I arrived there at 5:45 and guess what? Door was locked, the lady inside pretended she didn't see me, turn off the lights and disappeared inside the store. I went to my car to try to call (feeling helpless) and @ 6:00pm sharp, she was out of the door and got into her car like a flash. I know, right? Absurd! I'm here on the phone right now as I type this review with UPS. It's the 3rd number I call since 6pm. It's the third time I had to explain all over what I am writing here. So frustrating. Tomorrow I will go back to UPS customer service center and try to talk in person with someone. Maybe it will be more effective. End of the story, I missed picking up a package that I need for today, only because of lazy and rude people that know nothing about customer service or work ethics.
